Question:

I cant seem to concentrate?

I cant seem to concentrate and find interest in studying like i used to. I find im full of energy and hard to sit still even after i do heavy exercising. My mind is just being very restless and it is hard to sleep as well. Anybody help?

  5. well maybe you should stay out of distracting things as tv, radios, or video games. Make sure you have a well lit light and a perfectly clear table. You should also put everything in a binder so you don't waste your time looking through your backpack. Make sure you conclude pencil's, paper, pencil sharpener, color pencils, and markers.   7. you should look up brain food!!!!!!!

    sometimes also your not getting enough oxygen to the brain. take 10 deep breaths so that your lungs will probably hurt when you breathe in all the way. and if you get distracted too much and cant concentrate TAKE A WALK....you probably have something in the back of your head bothering you!!!!!! and it needs to come out... usually what happens to me.

  10. I have the same issue, but that's because my mom recently passed away. Have you had any issues recently?

    Also, I'm always quite energetic after I workout, and it's a little difficult to study at that moment.

    Try yoga. It'll help your focus, concentration, & patience.

  11. Stay away from caffeine, and high GI foods, look into calming herbs and supplements.  

  12. eat less sugar, drink more water.  Go to bed early.  Wake up early.  I have used these strategies and I am the most focused I have ever been.  I feel more alive that ever.

  13. Try meditation. They say the average person can focus 2 to 3 seconds before something else pops in to their head. A monk who has studied meditation most of their life can focus 20 to 30 minutes. There was a scientific study done, but I can't remember who. Saw it on a tv program a few months ago.

  14. watch the caffeine and soda. try making sure that you turn off the tv and computer and any other stimulation and just lay down and get more sleep. you are most likely consuming too much caffeine and your body maybe wired but your mind needs the rest. caffeine does nothing for your brain just your bod.
