I cant send videos,pictures, or sounds to anyone from my env anymore?

yeahhh i used to be able to send all that to like anyone and my email and stuff. i kindof drop my phone aloot, but not that hard. it started to happen just yesterday and i really need to know how i can fix it. thanks.

  1. Call customer care & ask for the trouble shooting steps for not being able to send/receive videos, sounds or pictures. Someone can help you solve your problem.
