  1. Just close your eyes and let the magic work.

  2. go to a nutritionist and buy melatonin...try with one but if after 1 hour and a half u cant sleep take a nother one...no more than two tho..it doesnt get you tired during the day but it lets you sleep at night..Its not a sleeping pill..its just something to make you relax....and usually u cant sleep cuz of stress ans because ur tense

  3. Have a good bedtime routine--no computer time or adrenaline pumping tv for at least 30 minutes before you go to bed. (Also, if you've been going to bed much later than your school bedtime, then start going to bed a bit earlier now. Let's say you're going to bed 2 hours later than you normally would--go to bed 30 minutes earlier for the next few nights, then another 30 minutes earlier after that. Keep doing it until you're going to bed at a decent hour.)

Push aside any thoughts that get in the way of you sleeping.

Lie on your back and count slowly backwards from 100, with the understanding that each time you count down by 1, your body and mind are relaxing more deeply. You don't necessarily have to say with each count, "I'm relaxing more and more," but the idea should be present with you as you count back. If thoughts come in, let them go and keep counting and relaxing.

  4. take melatonin. (sp?)

it's a pill that makes you sleep really good.

i use to use it going back to school, after breaks and stuff.

  5. there is nothing you can do right away to fall asleep. however you need a routine, getting up at the same time every morning and going to bed at the same time should solve most problems you have going to sleep. if you spend a long time in your bed unable to sleep then get up and do something for 15 minutes then try again.

depending on how late you have been waking up compared to how early you need to get up, it could take up to 2 weeks to get used to a new bedtime

  6. Start waking up earlier, and stay awake. Don't like drink coffee, that might mess you up even more, but just find things to do to stay awake. Clean your room. Run around the block. Re-Organize things. Whatever. But if you start waking up earlier, you should start to get sleepy earlier. As long as you don't take a nap, chances are you'll fall asleep around 10-11. Depending on when you wake up. OR drink tea, they have some that helps with falling asleep.

  7. Just try to sleep there isn't much you can do.

  8. Try drinking milk or eating rice before going to bed, both contain melatonin, a natural sleeping aid, which help you sleep better. From http://nosleep.in
