I cant sleep at night!?

i cant sleep at night so in the morning i am tired and i get severe headaches. apart from use pills is there anything that could help me sleep or my headaches?

  1. More water (but not at night), less junk food, relaxation techniques, stress relief, warm and cosy comfy bed, sleep mask, ear plugs... any of those which appeal should help you go to the Land of Nod.


  2. try a nice hot cup of mint tea with honey an hour before bedtime. Just make sure it is 100% mint and has no regular tea on it since regular tea contains caffeine. Also check what you are eating and drinking after supper time. It could be you are consuming items with excess sugar or caffeine thus hindering sleep.

  3. I have had times when I couldn't sleep - mainly because of anxiety of some form. Then not sleeping becomes an anxiety in its own right and every time you go to bed you are thinking about whether you will sleep or not. So it becomes a vicious spiral. I found that eventually the problem went away. The only thing you could try is Nytol, available over the counter. It isn't addictive and can help in the short term.

  4. I Just Think about what I'm going to do in the future and just think about what i can do about my life simple.But do not think of what your excited about nor what your scared of ive tryed it and it never works.

      

  5. well if you dont sleep in the night i think you should stay up tho the day and then you mite get to sleep in the night!
