  1. There's a very good chance it could be a mental thing, but there are also many physical issues that can lead you to have the sensation that bugs are crawling on your skin. There's a technical term for it (which escapes me at the moment), but it can be indicative of many physical issues, as well as psychological ones. You should probably see your doctor about it.

  2. no you probably not paranoid try benidril  or another over the counter  allergy medication if that dont work see doctor.but this should ease the problem

  3. Change your bed linen, vacuum the floor and clean your room.  Once that is done then have a shower and wear a clean pair of pyjamas, you probably wont be feeling any bugs.

An hour before going to bed switch off the computer, the tv and radio so that you can rest.  Read a book or meditate.

  4. you do have paranoia

or it just means you might be on drugs

  5. Either drugs, paranoia, or your imagination deceiving your mind.

It could be a combination as well.

    Eh.

  6. You are paranoid.

Watch something good before bed, read a book. Ease your mind a little bit. Don't drink any caffeine and take your mind off it!

  7. It's entirely possible you have skin mites, lice or bed bugs, which can be either very hard, or impossible to see with the naked eye. But if you dust your room regularly, vacuum, and wash your sheets, pillow cases and bed spreads regularly, this is not likely. Also, you would most likely see tiny wounds or bites as a result of this, and you haven't mentioned that. As was suggested fleas are another possibility, but an infestation of those are marked by tiny wounds as well. Fleas can usually be controlled by regular vacuuming and better securing of open windows and doors. There's this product called EcoExempt D Dust that can be sprinkled around offending areas or near screens and doors that will detour and even kill fleas and many other tiiny bugs, with no

If you're really worried about skin mites, you can rinse your body with vinegar and then shower to insure their death. I personally spray a product called Pronto, and use Lysol anti-bacterial in my room every two weeks as well as using a HEPA filter air Purifier 24-7. Some vacuums come with HEPA filters as well. The HEPA filters are important because they pick up 96% of airborne allergens, dust mites and their f***s and other bacteria. With vacuums that have HEPA filters, the dustmites will stick to the filter and not be blown out in the exhaust as can happen with regular vacuums.

It's a lot to take in, but as I say unless you actually have a very unclean and dusty living area, and signs of bites or small wounds, then none of this is necessary. Just make sure to clean your sheets and pillow cases in hot water and soap every week or so, and vacuum and dust regularly, and you'll be fine.

  8. dude, lay off the coke for a while

  9. Is the feeling all over or just on your legs? You might have restless leg syndrome.

  10. If you're not addicted to cocaine talk to a school counselor or something. It's hard to tell over Yahoo Answers. If you are addicted to cocaine, get rehab.

  11. Lay off the crack pipe.

  12. it might be that you have flees in your bed. wash your sheets, pillowcases, and clothes alot. also vacuum frequently. if you have that feeling, change your clothes right away and put them in the dirty clothes hamper as soon as you can. or atleast away from clean clothes. that should help a bit if it is flees.

  13. some one slipped crack in your dinner. its no biggie

  14. that happenes to me too. its nothing like that. its probably just cuz ur thinking  about it so ur making urself feel it

  15. Some of these answers are really whacked! unless these people know you personally and know for a fact that you are on drugs, I'd say they are out of line!

I don't know what ocd means. But maybe you should just simply go see your doctor. After all when in doubt it's always best to see a professional.

    Good Luck

  16. lol sorry reading the other peoples answers made me laugh. id buy a long sleeve compression shirt and wear it to sleep. works great!

  17. Take a shower before bed and don't watch scary bug movies before bed! I get the same feeling at times. You are just thinking about it too much!

  18. Try spraying yourself with some Off Bugspray every night before bed. There might actually be small bugs there for real. Best to rule that out 100% before you jump to any conclusions. Spray your pillow cases and sheets too.

  19. maybe you have bedbugs or something, check it out
