I cant stop eating bread!?

its so hard for me to let bread go, is there a bread that i can eat that wont make me gain weight?

  1. Go for breads with plenty of grains in them. Wholemeal, wholegrain, rye, multi-grained. These breads are low GI and make you fuller for longer. They also don't contain sugar which some white breads do.


  2. wheat/grain bread. low-carb bread also.

    the cravings will go soon though

    Or try weight watchers bread or nimple .
