I cant stop getting muscle corks in my legs when i play?

  1. before u start stretch the muscle out and make sure to drink water


  2. stretch it alot more than you usually do, like during the week if your getting alot of problems with it. also before a game it would be a good idea to warm up for a lot longer. drink alot of water before during and after the game. or use some heat gel like dencorub. and make sure u get a good diet.

  5. Muscles corks and cramps, originate through dehydration, so drink plenty of fluids in the day leading up to a match, also increase your potasium intake, ie, eat plenty of bananas, no joke it actually works!
