I cant stop hallucinating, relapse schizophrenia, roaches, help?

what can i do to stop i cant stand it anymore theres tons of roaches flying everhwere all over me and the floor and crawling in the wood of the house and i just cant stand it how can i stop hallucinating :(

i think you know, you should see a doctor and get back on your meds, i cant function with my meds but i force myself too, stop using as an excuse mine get me drowsy but i still take them and get on with life
