  1. Find a Pranic Healing centre or a healer in your city and ask for Pranic Psychotherapy. No amount of psychology or councelling is going to help until you get rid of the thoughts forms that cause the addiction. They will clean you up and shield you to make sure you dont go back to the addiction again, till you are self supportive. Better option learn the technique yourself, its so simple, easy and interesting

    I am a healer myself, so I know this works! They have treated people who have come out of coma to treating children who continue bed-wetting.

    Also try this book called "The secret" by Rhonda Byrne

  2. How can you not stop. Its not like you have to run to the store to get it... you have to go thru a process of getting it every time you do so.

    Pot isnt even addicting.... well let me put it this way, if pot is addicting to you so are marshmellows. Its all in your head!

  3. My best suggestion, slowly cut down.

    And if ANYBODY thats close to you knows, have them help you, kinda like a counsler....

    but YOU have to WANT to quit...

  4. Some people go to treatments centers to get off of it. You might need to find a good treatment couselor of go to some naranon meetings & get someone who have quit to help you. People thing pot is not addictive but I guess some people can stop like they can stop eating sugar & others can't or they feel sick. See if you can find books about quitting addictions & find one that might help you. Take really great care of your health & if you can get a couselor that understands you can see what emotions you are not dealing with . The pot will help you to let it all go. We all have to face things eventually. I have healed my emotions alot & took pain pills from pain associated with diabetes. I got off it by myself but it is because I know alot about psychology. So get a wise person to help you. I wish you the best.

  8. just keep remembering how nice it is to wake up and not feel so worn out because you smoked pot last night.

    When you feel irratible after work and you want a smoke, go jogging. Anti-anxiety pills like zanax help a lot too.

    A few evenings of either or combo of those, and you won't even feel you need to smoke anyhow.

Just quit.You'll be a little bitchy for a couple of days and then you'll be over it.I smoked it every day when I had lung cancer.When I got rid of my cancer I no longer needed it.I liked smoking it but It made me so lazy I couldn't get most things done.I was a little cranky for two days,no big deal.

    You just have to really want to.

  12. you alone are responsible for what you do, you alone are capable of stopping behaviors you don't want to continue.  You need to recognize those two facts and act accordingly.
