  1. were a tank top

  2. I'm 13 and I can totally help! I have the SAME. EXACT. PROBLEM.

For one, try to stay cool, even in winter. Don't wear heavy shirts and don't think about sweating or how hot it is. That's step one.

Step two- try different deodorants, Mitchum is said to dry out your armpits, but it's the strongest one on the market as far as I know, and I'm sure people who sweat a lot would just be perfect instead of drying out :) So try that roll-on. DON'T use a gel, I tried one and it won't hurt anything but it seems to not work well.

Use baby powder every morning. Put on a lot. Wear very dark or very light colored shirts, sweat won't show. A lot of sweatshirt jackets and pull on hoodies work well for me- that's my thing, hoodies! But a word of advice- colors to stay away from-

FOREST GREEN (light green is okay) - shows sweat a LOT!

OCEAN BLUE (medium blue to be exact) - to be on the safe side, don't. It might show.

*~ WHITE ~* - won't show stains but WILL. TURN. YELLOW. under the armpits if you sweat a lot in them!

Also, try not to get nervous! Try to stay calm and cool! And that is about all you can do- it's okay, you'll grow out of it! I know someone who did!

Patience is a virtue :) Good luck to you!

  3. Go to www.bergersbillions.com they have the answer.

  4. You have a condition called hyperhydrosis, and it's very common. You can talk to your doctor and get a prescription strength antiperspirant, or you can try one of the new 'clinical strength' antiperspirants that are now available. Deodorants only cover odor - you'll want an antiperspirant to stop the sweating (or at least slow it down). If it really bothers you a lot you can have botox injections in your armpits to stop the sweating temporarily. Good luck!

  5. dont use roll-n deoderant, i sweat easily to sometimes, i use the regular dry kind of deoderant, i find it works best to keep your underarms smelling fresh and clean.

  6. My friend had that problem and the doctor told him to take a zinc supplement. It helped him alot.

  7. use you DO and then use baby powder...
