i cant fall asleep cuz i keep thinkin bout how much i hate this guy i really like

i kno he likes me -- but he doesnt do anythin about it

i decided to just forget about him

how can i stop thinking about it ??????

I disagree with the first person. I have the same problem except i dont hate him? But it is normal. Ask him out yourself. if you know he likes you just do it

I had this same problem, and then I told him that my feelings for him, and then I slept just fine after-wards.  It took a little coaxing on his part, but I eventually told my feelings.  I think you can't sleep because you desperately want to tell him your feelings, but you feel as though you can't.  I am not judging you in anyway, I am just expressing my opinion on this matter.  I thought that if I told you a little story that happened to me personally, I thought it might help your situation.
