Omg. Ive been trying so hard to lose weight !!

Ive been eating better in smaller portions and ive been working out like crazy!!

I need a diet plan that works !!

Im so tempted to cut off every nasty piece of fat from my body !! -.-

I want to be thinn! but in a healthy way xD

not like.. ribcage..i want shaped little thighs, small arms, a cute bumm and a flat stomach..

I currently weight 130 , im 5'2 and im 14 years old..

i need a new effective diet plann, not one of those websites where you have to flick to every page and pick out the tiny details.

Is it so hard just to tell people what to do to lose weight instead of trying to pursuade them to buy your stupid green tea O.o"

Okay yeah anyways.. HELP MEE!!!

  1. Puh-leeze!!! Talk to someone who weighs 180 to 250...that's serious need. You should be happy with 130...good grief....just tone yourself up more with strength training...weights! Lunges, ab work, run! Eat only veggies, fruit and lean protein with water for a few weeks. Surely, you'll get rid of all that horrible fat you are carrying around...whatever...I bet you look fine.

Sometimes a person  gets to his stationary weight at a younger age, I was 130 pounds at the age of 15 and I weighed that much all my life, I did get a little smaller when I joined a gym at the age of 25 but I got pregnant and bboy did I get fat, but everytime I had a baby I lost the baby fat and went back to 130 again, Dont think your self as fat, you just not skinny, which is better, I didn't have any problems having boyfriends because of my weight, the boys dont like skinny girls, they like something to hold on to. good luck April

    except i'm 5'0 and weigh 105-ish.

    buy seventeen magizine and do the exersizes thats what i've been trying.

    or go to the website and look at the exersizes.

  5. Have a big breakfast, cereal, toast, some fruit... that raises ur metabolism, helping u burn fat quickly... make sure you get all the right vitamins and minerals etc... try and get protein into you as well...

    exercise wise, do a lot of cardio work, stuff that makes you sweat, and make sure you drink heaps of water through out the day...

    make sure that you don't overwork yourself and have at least one day of the week free from exercise...

    try not to eat pasta or anything with carbs in it... if you eat toast, eat the wholegrain bread...
