I cant take my boss anymore?

Ok my boss is so mean and moody. Some days he says hi to everyone but me, and totally ignores me. He laughs and jokes with everyone and he is always mean to me. To be honest he is pretty scary. Eventhough I dont do anything wrong and am even nicer to him and more polite than everyone else, but things are the same. What should I do? Should I go and talk to him in person to see what the source of the problem is? Or should I just ignore everything and continue my work?

I mean if you try talking to him and he is still a jerk, I think the only thing you can really do is quit. I know thats not the best thing to do but at the same time, you shouldn't allow a boss or anyone treat you badly especially if you have shown them respect and have been polite to them. It would be a different on the other hand if you caused problems at work like being rude to people etc.

Absolutely go to him and ask if you have ever offended him.  Give him the chance to tell you why he is not treating you well, especially if he treats others better than you.  When you are a manager you have a responsibility to support your employees, not make them feel bad or be afraid of you.
