I cant to load my videos to pc

Question

Hi i have a everio gz-gm37u and i am presenting problem when i tried load the videos to my lapto; on the display show USB MASS STORAGE. Then i tried to copy a dvd but when i probe the dvd in my dvd home this cant to read show in the display NO DATA NO DISPLAY. Then i bought a movie edit by $49.99 and this neither can open the files , please help me i dont know that can i do, thank you.
