I cant use Just Voip cheap calls. answers: other party ended due to an unknown error ... i have balance left?

Just Voip provided cheap international calls (via internet). but since two days i am unable to use. As I dial a number I get the answer: other party ended due the call due to an unknown ...

It is the same case with all the numbers i dial; and also others have the same problem. I have more balance left in my Just Voip account. Kindly help

I am having the same problem for the last three months and this is the case with the other company accounts that I hold: voipwise, nonohnet. A number of my friends are having these problems and the company does not even answer our emails.

yes...thats one of the problems with VoIp re-sellers, the just go outta business, or stop service for a couple of days....just wait ant see if it works in a few days or so...
