I cant use a PS2 game that I bought in America! (details in description)

So I went to America and I bought a PS2 game , then I came back to Belgium. and I couldnt play it! The error message was mostly : " wrong region ". I know what that means but isnt there any way I can play it in Belgium

Sorry ,but no you cannot. If you had a ps2 from America you might.

Get a modchip! A modchip has legal purposes if you're intending to play legimate games from overseas instead of playing copied games.

If you really want to play the game, then you need to look into getting a Modchip. It allows you to play games from different regions. However!! A lot of people find that it really isn't worth the hassle and many companies that offer to mod your PS2 may damage it. It would be a better idea just to cut your losses and in future be sure to buy games from your region.
