I cant use more 10 users in tally 9.2

i my office, we are working with tally 9.2 multiuser.........my tally server was installed in xp os and our clients are working in same xp os........the problem we face is, we cant able to connect more than 10 users.........my email id is sureshkumargr@paramountairways.com
