I cant use things I bought in America! (full question in details) PLS HELP?

So I went to America and I bought a game and a DVD , then I went back to Belgium and I cant use my DVD and game , the error message is usually : "wrong region". I know what that means ... but isnt there a way that I can still use them in belgium
