I cant use things i bought in America! Pls help! (full question in details)?

So I went to America and I bought a game and a DVD , then I went back to Belgium and I cant use my DVD and game , the error message is usually : "wrong region". I know what that means ... but isnt there a way that I can still use them in belgium

first of all the electrical outlets in Belgium is of a different design than that of american outlets. the error message is true, as far as i know of there are no ways to convert the information on the game and dvd into Belguim standards the dvd and game has different information stored on them as to your dvd player and whatever game system you have so unfortunatly for you the answer is no. sorry
