Its because your browser (Probably Safari?) is not compatible with the video player.

There are some plug-ins available I think.

I have this problem too I cant watch some online videos.

To watch videos/movies you are required to download whichever media player it requires.  For example, Mexavideo, Veoh, Divx, Real Player etc.,

Before watching, the site tells you and offers you the appropriate media player to download.  Good luck

If you internet is filtered that might be a problem as well. I to have a MAC and I just went to dailymotion with no problem. Try upgrading your browser or maybe switching to firefox or an alternative browser.
