But if I am just normally excited, I can make erection and even maintain it. What is this? How can I prevent this?

Talk to your doc about this.  It is easily corrected.

Likely it is an anxiety related syndrome.  It happens to all men at one time or another.  You just happen to be a chronic case.  Hence, the need to speak with your doc and get a little help to fix this situation.

This is a mental thing. I wish there was a answer other than medication, bit I don't know what it would be. Go to your family Doctor get some Viagra and enjoy. After a while when you get used to your partner you will not need it.
