I caught this Female Wolf Spider, I was wondering what do they eat?

Go to petco or petsmart and get pinhead or the smallest size crickets.  Those are the best food for them.  I don't suggest feeding them wild caught bugs, even though she is wild caught, because they could contain parasites or pesticides.

Add details - I am trying to water her with a plastic soda bottle cap filled with water.  I might try something later like a cotton-capped small test tube filled with water.
