I charged a little much for shipping on eBay, what do I do with leftover?

I charged a little over, and was wondering if I print out the shipping label can I use the leftovers on packaging material? Or will I just have overpaid on the shipping cost?

Profit.  A lot of people overcharge on shipping on Ebay.

If the amount is small, don't worry. You can count that toward packaging. If you charged $9 shipping and it cost you half that, your buyer might be unimpressed and reflect that in their feedback.
