I checked my xbox 360 repair status, and it said device shipped to customer, what does that mean? and it said?

that on july the 3rd. before the 4ht of july. and the repair center said they dont work on holidays. and they dont pick up packages over there on weekends. and i live 2 to 3 hours away from the repair center. when will i get my 360 back.will ups pick up the package monday morning. be back tuesday, really dont know, need help bad?
