I clicked to open new tab,hit ctrl and clicked my yahoo mail, then hit alt and everything went haywire...?

Question

now my yahoo home page is long and narrow, the top tool bar only appears when i put the cursor on the top, and the tool bar below that with all my other stuff such as pop swater, smiley central,pop up blocker, etc are gone..i logged off then back on and its still the same, the change the page layout tutorial says to drag and drop but i cant since my tool bars are hidden..please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try pressing  f11 and if not i dont know   ☺☻♥▒
