  1. Go to sleep, if you can't sleep go and see your doctor. We need sleep to survive so it's vital that you do. Feel better x


  2. Stop being so lazy.  Get up, rub some dirt on it, and walk it off.

  6. Relax. Try to get a routine going for yourself. Take a nap today for a little bit(not after 4pm though)

    Then go to your room at a certain time and wake up for a certain time, until you make it a habit.
