I coloured my hair 3 to 4 weeks ago if i bleach it now will the colour show?

get a re-touch with lightner (bleach) then dye it red again

It will depend on what colour you dyed it. If it is red or very dark i would not use bleach as it may go badly wrong.  You would be better just dying it again.

it depends what colour you have just died it?? what colour???

bleach should cover anything as long as its pure bleach you using not a mixture thats made of of only part bleach (hydrogen peroxide)
