I complited M.com from Bangladesh in 2002.After Complete ACCA part 2, will go to UK for complete ACCA parte 3?

I have complete M.com in 2002. I want to be a inernational Accountat professional.If I complete ACCA part 2 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.After than if i want to go UK for complete ACCA part 3 .will it be easy to get uk visa for my study?

Studying B.Sc in Electrical Engineering at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Tejgaon,Dhaka.But I am very keen to do ACCA simultaneously with my present study.I would prefer to take preparation for ACCA at home by collecting essential books.After that I'll give the final exam of ACCA  on behalf of "British Council".Is that possible ?If possible, then please send me the list of books that required for ACCA.Let me know the total procedure plz.
