Question:

I connect my DV camera with my laptop with 4 pin 4 pin lead just fine...but my laptop doesn't do anything?

A guy told me I needed a firewire driver...so I have my firewire 4 pin 4 pin lead and it connects to my JVC DV camera just fine but then he said i have to install something neeew to update my cameraaa It's annoying I haven't got a clue wot im doing, i just know i wanna do my movies in Windows Movie Maker and do darn youtube videos!!! If you recommend anything like this (oh sorry, THESE...) firewire drivers, could you please explain to me what the h**l it is you're saying coz u know more than I do if the answer's helpful. I'm clueless. Thanks :)

  1. You should be able to download the driver for your camera directly from the JVC support site for your camera model!!
