I consider him a best friend but he doesn't consider me a best friend.?

There is a guy who i tell all my secrets to, confide to , and just LOVE so much becuz he makes me feel special. ANd yeah...we argue and make up a lot..and we have special nicknames for each other. I consider him to be one of my best friends, but i don't think that he sees me that way and it hurts. He is outgoing and has a LOT of other friends and i'm kinda shy and have a tight few close friends. How do i deal with this hurt? Or how do i make him see me as a bestie?

This is common. I actually find it rare that 2 people are each others best friends. I mean my best friend is a best friend with someone else. That's just how it goes sometimes. I wouldn't stress about it.

You can't MAKE someone be your friend.

But maybe you just need to talk to him about it,

and if he doesnt consider you a friend also,

then he's not worth your time.

I think since the feeling is one way as you might say but if he makes you feel special it means you are also important to him. He might not regard you as his best friend but he sees you as somebody special so I think there is nothing to feel hurt about. Just be yourself with him and make him feel that you really regard him as a best friend.

Close friends are the same thing as best friends. If you're looking for a relationship, then just ask him to go to the movies with you, and there, say something hinting it, like "I feel really confortable with you."

When you ask him to it, tell him that it wouldn't be a date or anything like that, just two friends hanging out.

make other friends, dont make him your one and only. i know it might be hard since you're shy and all, but you should show him that you're independant and capable of being your own person. the minute you show him you dont need him is when he'll want you to need him.
