I continually have condensation collecting

Question

I continually have condensation collecting at the top of the fridge. I have tried adjusting the unit so that it "tilts" slightly backwards (per my level) and i have adjusted the interior light so that it no longer stays on when the door is closed. I also put a thin coating of pertoleum on the magnetic strip to insure a tighter seal. running out of ideas. The unit is approx. 5 years old but it has done this off and on for the past several years. please help.thank you.
