I converted a .flv file to wmv using any vid converter, then used dvd makr on vsta, but there is vid lag?

I really need to know how to stop the lag. I can only download the file in .flv so please help me.

Why not convert flv video to DVD directly? I know a software can do that, it's not free, but it works pretty well, if you interested in it, here is a step by step guide for you
