  1. brush marinade on the chicken or dunk it in marinade to keep it moist. keep dunking your chicken until it is cooked

    i use lemon or lime juice

    italian dressing

    bbq sauce

    lime marinade


  2. Chicken tenderloins are a very fragile meat that only need to be on the heat a short time. You overcooked them.

    Next time watch the cooking process more carefully and remove them when they are DONE, not when the clock rings.
