I could do 11 push-ups how much calories will i lose?

im 14 years and 9 months old....and i weigh 135 pounds..and im 5'7 feet..i wanna do 11 every day..

  2. lol... 11 isn't much, start with 11 and the next night do 12, then 13, and just keep doing 1 more than the night before.  Do as many as you possibly can, take a break and do as many again, push yourself to build some muscle.

  4. 11 push ups? That's not alot... You won't loose that much calories. In fact you won't lose a whole lot of calories when you do push ups. Push ups are for making chest, shoulder and triceps muscles larger. If you are trying to lose weight you need to do cardio. I personally run 1/2 hr a day. Also, if you can do 11 push-ups to failure you have to rest for a minute then do 11 pushups again 3 times, these are called Sets. Doing only one set really wont do you any good.

  5. That won't do much for you. I suggest running instead it burns calories faster. Push-ups will really only affect your upper body.
