I could not open any of my local disks it is asking me to install anti spyware,is it a virus how to delete it?

it is saying some files in my windows have been infected and they could only be removed using there anti spyware it is asking me to install.

your computer is infected with spyware. download and run a good antispyware product fro http://www.spywaregeeks.com to check your computer for spyware and adware.

There are two ways

one is to live with this spyware. Instead of double clicking the disk try to open it from the address bar. Click on address bar and locate the local disk you want to open.

Another is to get rid of this. For this you can start your pc in safe mode. This can be done by pressing f8 at startup. In safe mode under all programs accessores system tool click on system restore. There could be a safe checkpoint at earlier date where you think your pc was safe. Click on that date and restore your pc to earlier date. I hope it will solve your problem. If not them you will have to scan your pc with a good anti virus software. Try avg or avast.
