  1. Last time Wales were up for the Grand Slam they erected massive screens in Castle Grounds (at the top of St Mary's street) with beer tents etc and the atmosphere was amazing! Hopefully they'll do the same this year. If not, you'll find me in O'Neils on St Mary's Street or the City Arms.

  2. There  are many good places to watch the game in Cardiff, The Square and The Philharmonic, both on St Mary St are pretty good!

But I would go for O'Neills also on the same street, myself!

  3. All the pubs in Cardiff will be rammed, so you're in for a fight to get to the bar and a fight for a seat anywhere.  We always go down the Claude in Roath or down Canton to the corporation but if u want to stay in the city centre i would go to Lloyds or the Borough or even O'Neills.  Only other place i can think of would be the Prince of Wales or maybe the Owain.

  4. the best place is lava lounge it will show the match plus your in the best bar in Cardiff for after the match already

  5. I went up for the last grand slam game and we couldn't get near a pub so we queued at an off licence and watched the game on the big screen outside city hall. A great atmosphere but they were even queuing to pee down a lane.

  6. prince of wales is good

  7. Hi , as you will be aware the pubs will be rammed but still a good craic though. You may wanna try a local rugby club outside of the City. Nelson, Newbridge, Pontyclun are all good clubs wholl give you a valleys welcome. www.nelsonrfc.co.uk
