Question:

I couldn't sleep well last night. :|

Alright. So, last night, I stayed up much later than I wanted to. I kind of lost track of time while on the computer, and by the time I decided to sleep, it was 12:30 AM. Then, when I started to sleep, all I could think about is Habbo Hotel (...game I was playing before I went to sleep...I actually don't normally play it, but it was pretty fun) and Nick Jonas (yes, I'm g*y- and yes, I have a crush on him). Anyway, it was like I couldn't control my thoughts. I was talking to these people in Habbo Hotel...and I can remember talking to them about Nick Jonas. But anyway, I couldn't sleep, and I couldn't think about anything else. I tried to tell myself that you don't need to thing this...that I can control my thoughts. But it wasn't working! I couldn't get my mind of that. Eventually I started to feel sick...and at around 2:15 AM I vomited. Afterwards, I was finally able to sleep, but I woke up kind of early (9 AM) considering how little sleep I got.

I'm used to 8 hours of sleep. Obviously, I didn't have a good night. I still feel kind of sick. Do you think that not feeling well was why I couldn't sleep? Or is there something else?

  2. I think I may somewhat understand what you you went through. Sometimes If I watch a scary movie, when I try to go to sleep all I think about is tha bad characters in the movie, and they take over my head. Getting sick and vomiting seems a little abnormal to me though. If it continues definelty go to a doctor and ask about it. But not being able to sleep is semi-normal if it only happens evey once in a while. If you're saying that you sometimes have trouble sleeping during the school year, then that's prob due to stress. So if you're having more stress right now than usual, then maybe that's why. Before you go to bed tonight, try clearing your mind. Just shut your eyes and think about all the good things and bad things that happedned to you during the day and how they made you feel. Once you're dont with that, try thinkiing of something that makes you feel happy && peaceful. This should help, if it doesn't  i'm very sorry.

  3. Wow, I had exactly the same thing! I was busy searching ebay for pointless stuff and at about 3am and wasn't in the mindset for sleep. Like you, I woke up really early too...

  4. Yes, it could of been why you

    felt sick.  It doesn't sound like

    anything to be worried about.

    If it continues, go to the doctor.
