I was sitting in class today and I sat back in my chair and pulled both my arms and shoulders back, as a stretch. (my arm movement looked like a push up while in a chair) when all of a sudden my chest popped. It sounded like cracking my knuckles, only really loud, so loud a girl I didn't know sitting next to me looked at me in confusion.
So is this bad? I don't feel any different, though it is slightly harder to breathe today (its also humid here too)
