I created a family photo slideshow, using a song by john prine. Is it legal to post this on my yahoo 360 blog?

I am concerned about copyright infringement. I know it is my blogsite. But is it ok to use copyrighted material as background for my pictures? I am not a musician, so creating my own song is not an option.
