I created a photo album one group, can I copy this same album to another group?

No, you have to upload the photos to each group individually.

It's not all that much work or time required, so it's no big deal to do it manually for each group.

if they're all your own photo's, you can move them to where ever. any belonging to other's, you cant move them.

you do have to upload photo's to the group feature- you cant copy the whole thing and move it on over
