you're actual both, but more considered the owner. in the members list you'll have a blue crown next to your ID where as moderators would have a yellow crown.

by default, you have all group setting priviledges and if you wanted to add moderators one day, you'd pick and choose which of 9 priviledges you'd want the mods to have.
