  1. What do you mean your Yahoo Group is listed like moderator?  I don't see how a Group itself can be listed as moderator.  The closest thing I can think of is that certain feature(s) within the Group are only available to moderators.  If I'm not covering what you mean, then you should add Additional Details to your question and explain yourself more clearly.

If only moderators can post messages, and you want to allow all members to post messages, then log in to your Group's web site.  Then click on Management on the left-hand side of the page.  Then click Messages in the Group Settings section (towards the upper-right-hand corner).  Then click the Edit link next to Posting And Archives.  Then select Members in the Who Can Post column of the table (I wouldn't advise setting it to Anyone, because that makes it easy for people to post unrelated junk messages (that some people call spam) to your Group).  Don't forget to click the Save Changes button when you're done.

If only moderators can access the message archives, and you want to expand this capability, then log in to your Group's web site.  Then click on Management on the left-hand side of the page.  Then click Messages in the Group Settings section (towards the upper-right-hand corner).  Then click the Edit link next to Posting And Archives.  Then, under Archive Options towards the bottom of the page, select either Members or Anyone (whichever you prefer).  Don't forget to click the Save Changes button when you're done.

If only moderators can access one of the other sections of the Group (Photos, Files, Links, Database, Members list, Calendar), and you want others to be able to access this particular section also, then log in to your Group's web site.  Then click on Management on the left-hand side of the page.  Then click on Web Tools in the Group Settings section (towards the upper-right-hand corner).  Then click the Edit link next to Web Tools.  Then change the setting(s) that you want to change (scrolling down if you need to).  Don't forget to click the Save Changes button when you're done.

management- under group settings click membership- Membership Type and Welcome Message (Edit) <-- cick the edit- select public- click save changes
