  1. I believe you can cancel the data plan without fees on AT&T. Contact them to be sure.


  2. Depends on the carrier.  If you have tmobile, yes you can cancel without fees.

    Call att and ask them.

  3. yeah you can no extra fees will incur but you will also get this annoying message acrose the top of your screen that says data service refused.
