Ever gone to a gas station and saw the cigarette rep dealing with the store owner/manager? That's what I do now, and I hate my job! I want something new, but not sure where to go from here. I am thinking of a sales position, maybe medical equipment or pharmaceutical. With my experience as a tobacco rep, what kind of jobs should I look for now?

  1. If you can do that, you'd can refer travel! You just sent people to your Travelocity.com and AIG partner site, or to the Concierge desk and get paid starting out 25% commission. I make 30% now.

You could take all those leads you have from the tobacco rep and get them to book at your site.

Just a note-you don't book the travel-you just find people to book there an get paid for it.

Sounds like it is right up your alley, and you'd get all the business expenses as a small business owner.

Everyone loves to talk about travel and their vacations..and everyone loves to save money!? I think you'd be happy doing it.

  2. another cpg firm is your best bet. or if you want to leave sales, retail buyer-you know what they do, you work with them now.
