I currently work for the state in Houston, TX. I am working for Dept. of family protective services.?

Question

I am trying to find a job that pays more money because it is not enough. I was trying to find other companies or organizations that I can apply to . If anyone knows of any place that I can apply to in the Houston, TX area let me know, I greatly appreciate it. Just trying to find some resources. I do have a undergraduate degree and experience in the social services field, but any job related field is fine. Thanks

How about for Reliant Energy, they pay really good and have GREAT benefits! I know that its not a social worker job, but it's a good paying job!

Have you tried the Depelchin faith home? I know they keep a lot of social workers on staff.

Have you tried the Harris County court?  

Craigslist actually has a pretty good amount of job listings.  Also check this site--I found a job on there in the past.
