dab on some concealer

Apply Vaseline and massage the area with it. and leave it for a while. this will help to soothe the stubborn area.

Isn't just tipical things like that happen,,,

Right,, i would try putting some alchohol on the cut,,, it will sting but will stop bleeding,,, then dab some talcum powder on it,,, then if theres a woman in your house, borrow some concealer,, if theres no woman try just dabbing the talc till its skin coloured,,,,it will gradually get less obvious throughout the day...

Dont worry though,,, if your the man for the job i'm sure a shaving cut won't affect the interviewers judgement,,, especially if they are males,,,

Borrow your wife/girlfriend's concealer.  Just a tiny dab is all you need and it will make it less obvious.  No one will know you are wearing "makeup".
