  1. This is probably not the best place to ask this question because there all sorts of idiots online who find it funny . I think the best thing you should  do is make an appointment with your doctor and ask to be referred to help. I used to self harm and I really found this helpful

It's really hard work at first but it has helped me . I don't cut anymore. so there must be something in it.

  2. Self harming is a very serious condition,go see a doctor and he'll refer you to a counciler, you need help,it's up to you to ask for it.good luck hope your on the mend soon.

  3. this is a mental condition. Besides just the embarrassment, this is extremely unhealthy, both mentally and physically. I would tell a parent of a close friend, someone you feel comfortable with and trust. They can be your support base, from that point go seek professional help as soon as possible, a psychiatrist or a therapist.

  4. Talk to someone... if not your parents or a relative.. then try a friend.. or go to the yellow pages and look up consellors in your area-- you can get through this. Good luck.

  5. Ok, there is probably a problem to do with self esteem and self image.

But, not necessarilly a condition that cannot be understood. There are mysteries which involve blood letting which are ignored, denied and cannot be accepted by the modern post-industrial culture.

I don't know what Country you live in or what culture you have been conditioned into but if you are an American please seek the council of Native Americans who have spiritual insight into this phenomenon. If that is not appropriate, please just seek help on the self esteem/anger isssue.

I wish you well from the depth of my heart.

  6. Oh boy.  This is not a condition that a family physician will be able to help you medically.  However, I would start out by going to a family physician, and from that point, they will most likely refer you to a psychiatrist.  Slicing yourself is abnormal.  You will definitely need professional medical help to eradicate this problem you are having.
