  1. I have a few friends who have bought this and quite honestly I can't see a great difference. I still firmly believe that if you want toning and definition, there is no way that you can do it simply by standing on a board and doing balancing exercises, etc.

    If you want to lose weight, then a healthy diet and plenty of REAL exercise is probably a better idea. It'll save you money as well.

    Eating 4/5 small meals a day, drinking plenty of water, and 40 minutes of cardiovascular (running, cycling, etc.) exercise every day means that you're more likely to lose weight than using the Wii Fit.
