I decided to try out for Rep soccer and tryouts are in 2 weeks?

I have done very little to stay in shape since june what can I do in 2 weeks to I am not running out of breath on the feild. I need a scehdule to help build my running staminia

  1. 3 months minimum perid with dieting and have to live with vegitable salad and fruit salads!

    Of course you have to go on with jogging and cycling, skipping and pushups...

    Are you ready!

    Follwoing Vegitables will increase your stamina and reduce weight:

    Red Raddish, Carrot, Okhra, Bamboo Sprout, Fresh Corn...Lemon juice has to be sprinkled over this and add some pepper & salt according to your taste.


  2. yay. REP soccer. Well i just got on my Rep Team. Most Of the REP teams are already picked before u even show up. I have learned that!.(its all politics.) but anyway. the best way ot build endurance(Stamina) is to run. Go to the gym if u can go on the tredmails for 1hour walk for 15mins jog 15mins take a 2 minute cool down then do a 30minute jog. That will be the best thing to do, anbd to loose weight(not emplying anything).

    PS. REP soccer practises are normaly twice a week +1 game +tounaments so ya gotta stay in shape.

  3. Shuttles, Bike Riding, Long Distance running.

    2 Weeks isnt really enough time to get in shape..
