I deleted computer solitare and then emptied the recycling bin...how do i get it back?

i moved it to my desk top and i decided i didnt want it there ne more so i deleted it. but i didnt realize it would be deleted from my puter. i figured it was a shortcut and it would still be in the folder but its not. so silly me i emptied the recycling bin and i rlly would like to play...is there ne way i could get it back? ne way i would re down load it??

1- click on start menu

2- click control pannel

3-add/remove program

4- to the left click on add/remove windows components

5-select Accessories and utilities

6- then click on Details at bottom

7- select Games

8-then click on Details again

9-tick on Solitare

10- ok

may be Windows CD or recovery needed in some cases but if the pc  is  new it does not need it
